Atlanta residents, Christine Ragland and Carolyn 
co-chaired the first annual SteerSmart fundraiser at the Piedmont Driving Club.  The ballroom was filled 
to its capacity and the energy was electric.  Georgia Tech's Dean of Students, John Stein, was in attendance along with Dr. B Woods, Director of Research and Assessment for Student life.
Peter Hennessy of Hennessy Automobiles was the keynote speaker.  Rebecca Ellsworth Denver, Colorado also spoke 
about her involvement with SteerSmart after the death of her son, Brian, in a car crash.
